The calculators are free forever, with no account and no limits. Signing up adds 30 days of full Pro with no card required. When those 30 days end nothing charges you — the account moves to the free tier by itself, and everything you created stays visible.

The free tier has caps on how much you can keep — a number of tracked holdings, saved invoices, transactions. It does not water down what you already made: nothing is watermarked, exports are never blocked, and old records do not disappear when the trial ends.

No. The 30-day trial starts on signup without card details, and it does not roll into a subscription on its own. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe.

The account becomes free-tier. Every record you created during the trial stays readable — invoices, trades, transactions, properties. Where the free tier has a cap and you are above it, you keep seeing everything but cannot add new entries until you delete some or subscribe.

Yes, from your account page, with no phone call and no retention maze. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

The limits come off the trackers and the document tools, and the AI features open up: weekly insights, receipt and screenshot import, the per-tracker analysis, saved invoices and sending them by email. Calculators are not part of it — they are free on every tier.

It goes to a trash view you can restore from for 30 days rather than vanishing. Deleting your whole account is also available from account settings and removes your records for good.

No. Your ledgers, trades and invoices are not a product we sell, share or hand to advertisers.

You. Records are scoped to your account at the database level, so another signed-in user cannot read them. The exception is anything you deliberately publish — a shared card or an invite link you send to someone.

Only what is needed to answer you, and only when you ask. When you open the copilot on a tracker, a summary of that tracker goes with your question so the answer is about your numbers rather than generic advice. It is not used to train a public model.

It stays. The free tier restricts how much new data you add, never whether you can see or export what is already there.

Yes — all 70+ of them, signed out, without limits. They are how most people find the site, and putting them behind a login would defeat the point.

Answer questions about your own numbers ("how much did I spend on groceries last month", "which trades broke my rules"), prefill a calculator from a photo of a document, pull line items out of a description when you build an invoice, and write the weekly read on your spending or portfolio.

Yes. Every calculator can be embedded on any site with a snippet — free, no account required, and it carries a small credit link back here.

Printed codes keep resolving. A dynamic code is one you can repoint later and whose scans are counted; the free tier limits how many of those you can keep, not whether the ones you made keep working.

Not a store app. The site is built to work on a phone browser, and you can add it to your home screen where it behaves like one.

Use the contact form and it reaches the person who built the thing you are writing about, not a ticket queue. Bug reports and "why is there no calculator for X" are both welcome.
