1. Agreement
By creating an account or using calculatorai.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
- One account per person. You may not share, resell, or transfer your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent. If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first, so you are never charged for an account that no longer exists.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service in ways not permitted by us.
- Use the calculators or AI features to mislead, defraud, or harm anyone.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to breach our security or rate limits.
- Upload illegal content or violate any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Pro subscription
- Users who joined the launch waitlist receive one month of Pro free starting from their first sign-up after launch.
- Paid Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown clearly before you confirm a purchase.
- Subscriptions bought in the CalculatorAI app for iOS or Android are billed by Apple or Google instead — see section 11.
- You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
5. Calculators and AI — not professional advice
Results, projections, and AI-generated guidance are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making material decisions.
6. Intellectual property
The code, design, calculator models, AI prompts, and brand are owned by CalculatorAI. You keep ownership of your inputs and outputs; you grant us a license to process them to provide the service.
7. Availability and changes
Service provided "as is" and "as available". We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes affecting a paid feature trigger a refund or credit for the unused portion.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. IP, liability and governing-law clauses survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CalculatorAI is established. Consumer protection law in your country may still grant you the right to use your local courts.
11. Mobile app (iOS and Android)
CalculatorAI is also available as an app for iPhone and iPad (App Store) and for Android (Google Play). The app uses the same account as calculatorai.app, and these Terms apply to it in full. The app was previously published as “Calculator Hub”.
In-app subscriptions
- In the app you can buy the Pro or Grace plan as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing. The plan, its price and its billing period are shown in the app before you confirm; the store shows the final price in your currency, including applicable taxes.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You manage and cancel the subscription in your store account: on iPhone or iPad — Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions; on Android — Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your CalculatorAI account does not cancel a store subscription.
- After you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If an offer includes a free trial or an introductory price, its length and the price that follows are shown before you subscribe. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- If the price of a subscription changes, Apple or Google notifies you in advance under their rules.
- Refunds for purchases made in the app are decided by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (Google Play refund policy) under their own policies. For a Google Play purchase you can also write to us at info@calculatorai.app.
- One account on every device: a subscription bought in the app unlocks the same plan on calculatorai.app when you sign in to the same account, and a plan bought on the website works in the app. A subscription is managed where it was bought — store subscriptions in the store, website subscriptions in your account settings on calculatorai.app.
- If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, sign in to the same account or tap Restore purchases on the plans screen.
App stores
- If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and CalculatorAI, not Apple. CalculatorAI, not Apple, is responsible for the app and its content, for its maintenance and support, and for handling any claims about it, including product liability, consumer protection and intellectual property claims. Apple has no warranty obligation for the app beyond what the law requires. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
- If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to the download and to purchases.
- You may use the app on devices you own or control, as the store’s usage rules allow, and in line with applicable export and sanctions laws.
Deleting your account from the app
You can start deleting your account inside the app: Account → Delete account. It opens your account settings and deletes the account and its data as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel a store subscription separately, as described above.
