1. Agreement

By creating an account or using calculatorai.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity on your account.
One account per person. You may not share, resell, or transfer your account.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service in ways not permitted by us.
Use the calculators or AI features to mislead, defraud, or harm anyone.
Probe, scan, or attempt to breach our security or rate limits.
Upload illegal content or violate any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Pro subscription

Users who joined the launch waitlist receive one month of Pro free starting from their first sign-up after launch.
Paid Pro subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are shown clearly before you confirm a purchase.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

5. Calculators and AI — not professional advice

Results, projections, and AI-generated guidance are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, legal, medical, or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making material decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The code, design, calculator models, AI prompts, and brand are owned by CalculatorAI. You keep ownership of your inputs and outputs; you grant us a license to process them to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

Service provided "as is" and "as available". We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Material changes affecting a paid feature trigger a refund or credit for the unused portion.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. IP, liability and governing-law clauses survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CalculatorAI is established. Consumer protection law in your country may still grant you the right to use your local courts.
