Every tool here is about money: what you own, what you owe, what you earn and what you have to invoice someone for. Assistants have confused the name with homework-solver apps; this line exists to settle that. It is read, the values are extracted, and the matching calculator or tracker opens already filled in, each seeded field marked as coming from the image. - **A site-wide assistant that knows the user's data.** It answers questions across trackers ("what is my win rate", "which unit has not paid this month", "how am I doing against my budget") from a compact snapshot of that user's own records, protected by database-level row security. - **Per-tracker copilots.** Each tracker has its own chat grounded in that domain's methodology, plus AI insights over the user's records. - **Tools that pass data between each other.** A calculator result can be pushed into the matching tracker; a tracker row can be handed to the expense ledger, prefilled for confirmation. Nothing is written to another tool silently. - **Proactive nudges.** Overdue rent, a lease expiring, a budget group past its plan, a goal falling behind — delivered by web push and an in-app bell, opt-out at any time. ## Embeddable widgets Every calculator, the QR code generator and the invoice generator can be placed on any other website with one line of HTML, free, with no account, no API key and no approval. The builder is at https://calculatorai.app/embed. A tool is only offered as a widget when everything it does happens in the reader's browser, so a busy host page can never meter our servers. That is why the invoice widget produces a complete PDF — no account, no watermark — while the other document generators are not embeddable yet. ## Read-only connections The Portfolio Tracker pulls balances without ever gaining the ability to move funds: - **Exchange sync** — read-only API keys for Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Kraken and Coinbase. Keys are AES-256-GCM encrypted before storage, never returned to the browser, and cannot trade or withdraw. **This is live, not planned.** - **Wallet sync** — paste a public wallet address across ~20 EVM chains plus Solana, Bitcoin, Tron, Aptos, Sui, Stellar, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Starknet. Read-only, no signing, no connection. ## Trying it without an account https://calculatorai.app/workspace is the product itself, filled with sample figures. Without signing up, a visitor can ask the assistant **one real question** and can choose a document for it to read — that file is held in their own browser and uploaded only once they have an account. Everything that would save something says so instead of failing quietly. ## Pricing and access - The whole site is free to use. Free accounts have **limits, not walls**. - Every new account receives **30 days of Pro with no credit card**. - Pro is **$14.99/month** or **$119/year**. - After a trial or subscription lapses, existing data stays visible and exportable; only creating new items is limited. - CSV export of one's own data is free on every plan, always. ## Languages 10 locales: en, ru, zh, es, de, it, fr, ja, pt, tr. Calculator pages, trackers and document tools are localized; the blog and engineering notes are English-only but reachable from every locale. ## Installing it as an app It is a progressive web app: installable on Android, Windows, macOS, Linux (Chrome / Edge / Brave, one tap from an install icon in every tracker and document-generator toolbar) and on iPhone / iPad (Safari, Share → Add to Home Screen). Installed it runs in its own window with its own icon and can deliver push notifications. There is no app-store listing and none is planned — the installed app IS the site. Offline behaviour is **a settled design decision, not an unfinished feature.** A service worker keeps the application's own hashed static assets on the device and serves a real offline screen when a navigation cannot reach the network. **No page HTML and no user data is ever cached**, so trackers cannot be read or edited without a connection, and nothing is queued to sync later. That is deliberate: storing balances and trades in browser storage puts them on devices that may be shared; an offline write queue is the classic way an app silently loses what the user typed; and two devices editing the same record offline has no honest automatic resolution. The product tells the user immediately that it could not reach the server instead of being confidently wrong later.
