Show a customer every open invoice on one page — and what they still owe in total
A statement of account is a summary a supplier sends to a customer listing the invoices raised over a period, the payments received against them, and the balance still outstanding. It is not a new demand for money: every amount on it has already been invoiced. Its job is to remove the excuse that an invoice was never received or was already paid.
This is the document that collects overdue money without a confrontation. Sending one at the start of each month, listing each invoice with its number, date and amount, turns 'we'll look into it' into a specific conversation about a specific line — and most late payments are administrative, not deliberate.

A professional Statement of Account contains your business name and address (the "From" block), your client's details (Bill To), a unique Statement of Account number, the issue date and due date, optional payment terms ("Net 30", "Due on receipt") and PO reference number.
Then the line items — description, quantity, and rate. We calculate the amount automatically. Below that: applicable tax (percent or flat), optional discount and shipping, free-form notes and terms, and the totals (subtotal, tax, discount, shipping, total, amount paid, balance due).
All 150+ ISO 4217 currencies — from majors like USD, EUR, GBP, JPY through to less common ones like KWD, XOF, ZWG. The selector lists majors at the top, then alphabetical.
Each currency uses its correct number of decimal places: USD/EUR/GBP show 2 decimals, JPY/KRW/VND show 0, KWD/BHD/IQD show 3. Amounts format using your selected locale's thousands separator and decimal mark.
Yes, free. Click "Add Your Logo" in the top-left of the editor and pick a PNG, JPEG, or WEBP file up to 500 KB. The logo is stored in your browser with the rest of the Statement of Account draft and renders in every PDF theme.
It never leaves your device unless you sign in and explicitly Save the Statement of Account to your account. No external CDN, no public URL — the image is embedded directly in the PDF.
AI Fill lets you populate your Statement of Account in two ways. First, you can type a natural-language description (e.g. "Frontend dev, 40 hours at $90/hr plus 5 design revisions at $200 each") and the AI parses it into line items. Second, you can click the paperclip icon to upload a screenshot, photo, or PDF of a billing document (old Statement of Account, receipt, timesheet, purchase order). The AI automatically runs OCR and extracts the sender, client details, document number, dates, line items, taxes, notes, and bank info to autofill the entire form. Free tier includes 5 AI Fills per day; Pro has no limits.
Anonymous users: your Statement of Account lives only in your browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent to our servers until you click Download, at which point we render the PDF and immediately discard the data.
Signed-in Pro users who click Save get their Statement of Accounts stored in their account, so you can open them from any device, edit, and re-download the PDF later. You own this data — delete any saved Statement of Account from the /Statement of Accounts page with one click.
Yes, with Pro. Open the "Email to client" composer in the right rail, enter your client's email address, optionally add a message, and hit Send. We attach the rendered PDF as the Statement of Account file.
Your own email is set as the reply-to address, so when your client replies with questions or confirms payment, the reply goes directly to you — not to us. We don't see or store the conversation.
Yes! Toggle the "Show Signature" switch in the settings sidebar on the right rail, then click "Draw Signature".
