A trip budget breaks in two places: half the costs are estimates until you are there, and half are paid in another currency. Here a line is an estimate until you type the real cost, carries its own currency when it differs from the plan's, and is converted into the plan's totals at the day's rate — so 'left to spend' is honest in the airport and on the beach.
The itinerary is a list by day: a time, a duration, a place, a link, a cost, and a booked state for the things that need one. The packing list groups by documents, clothing, toiletries and tech, and says whose bag each thing is in. The checklist arrives dated back from departure, and the calendar shows every day of the trip with what is on it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a line be in another currency?
Yes — each budget line has its own currency, the plan's by default. A EUR hotel on a USD trip is converted into the plan's totals at today's rate; the line keeps the amount you typed.
How does the itinerary work?
It is a list grouped by day (the row's day label) and sorted by time. Each row can carry a time, a duration, a place, a link and a cost, and moves planned → booked → done with one tap. The calendar shows the rows on their dates.
What happens to the countdown during the trip?
Before departure it counts days to go; from the first day to the last it says 'under way' with days left; afterwards it says how long ago the trip was.
