How do I track unpaid invoices?
Save an invoice from the generator and it lands in the tracker as a draft. Mark it sent when it goes to the client and paid when the money arrives; once the due date passes unpaid, it shows as overdue on its own. The dashboard adds up what is outstanding, what is overdue and how long clients take to pay.
Is this invoice tracker free?
Yes. The free plan keeps up to 5 saved documents (deleting one frees a slot), and the dashboard, the payment calendar and the CSV export stay free. Pro removes the limits, and every new account gets 30 days of Pro free, with no card required.
Can I import invoices from a PDF or from another app?
Yes, two ways. Upload a CSV exported from your old tool to bring invoices in bulk, or drop a photo, screenshot or PDF of a document (up to 4 MB): the AI reads the number, client, currency, total and line items and saves a draft for you to check. Free accounts get one CSV import and a few AI scans a day.
Which documents can I track besides invoices?
Nine kinds: invoices, quotes, purchase orders, receipts, credit notes, proforma invoices, delivery notes, debit notes and timesheets. Each one is made in its own free generator, and the list filters by kind, status, currency and date range.
How are average days to pay and the collections rate calculated?
Average days to pay is the mean number of days between an invoice's date and the moment it was marked paid, across your paid invoices. The collections rate is everything paid divided by everything invoiced, as a percentage. Both follow your filters, so you can check one quarter or one currency.
Does it send payment reminders automatically?
No, and that is deliberate: nothing goes to a client unless you send it. Grace, the assistant, drafts a reminder for a chosen invoice in a friendly, firm or urgent tone, and you can email the document with its PDF straight from the tracker. The free plan includes 5 emails; Pro is unlimited.
Can I bill clients in different currencies?
Yes. Each document keeps its own currency, and the dashboard totals, charts and calendar convert everything into the currency you are viewing in, so a dollar invoice and a euro invoice add up correctly. A currency filter shows the documents of one currency on their own.
Can I share the tracker with a business partner or my accountant?
Yes. Create a shared invoices tracker and invite people by email as an administrator, editor or viewer. Your personal documents stay private. Editing in a shared tracker needs your own Pro, a viewer such as a bookkeeper never pays anything, and the CSV export is free for everyone.
