An invoice generator on your own website
Your readers fill in an invoice, quote, receipt or timesheet and download a clean PDF — without leaving your page, without an account, and with no cap on how many.
One line of HTML
Paste it anywhere
<iframe
src="https://calculatorai.app/embed/invoice-generator"
width="100%" height="1600"
loading="lazy"
></iframe>No download limit
Unlimited, in the widget and on our own site alike. The PDF is built in the reader’s browser, so a download costs nobody anything — your readers are never stopped mid-task or pushed at a signup wall on your page.
Nothing to run
The PDF is built in the reader’s browser, not on a server. That is the reason these could be embedded at all — a widget here is only allowed when it costs nothing per use, and the render had to be moved before this one qualified.
No watermark
The PDF carries your reader’s business details and nothing of ours. "No watermarks, ever" is a published commitment on our site, not a current setting.
Ten documents, each its own widget
Embed just the one your readers need, or several on different pages. Each is a separate snippet with its own editor.

Blogs for freelancers
"How to invoice a client" is one of the most-read articles on any freelance site, and it always ends by sending the reader somewhere else to actually make one. Finish it on your own page.
Accountants and bookkeepers
A client-facing blog where somebody can produce a correct invoice or credit note while reading about which one they need.
Trade and industry sites
Contractors, photographers, tutors, cleaners, hauliers — trades where invoicing is part of the craft and where the big billing services do not bother to advertise.
Small-business and startup guides
Quotes, purchase orders and delivery notes are the paperwork nobody explains, and a working generator explains it faster than a paragraph does.
Give it room
Put it on a full-width page
The editor shows the document and its settings side by side from 1024px of frame width, and stacks them below that. Both work — but a typical blog column is 700–900px, so on a page with a sidebar your readers get the stacked version and never see the nicer one. A template without a sidebar is worth choosing here.
Works in the widget
- The full editor — line items, tax, discounts, shipping, amount paid, notes and terms.
- Your reader’s own logo, currency and language.
- Five PDF themes to pick from.
- Unlimited downloads, with no account and no daily cap.
Does not, and why
- Saving an invoice or emailing it to a client. Both need an account to own the record, so those buttons are hidden in the frame rather than dangling something that dead-ends at a signup wall.
- AI Fill — same reason, and the same call the QR widget makes with dynamic codes.
- Removing the credit link. It is what the widget is exchanged for, and the wording is identical for every site.
Pick the document
Invoice, quote, receipt, timesheet — whichever your readers need.
Set language and currency
Ten languages, and a pinned currency so readers see their own.
Paste the snippet
Into an HTML or embed element, ideally on a full-width page.
On platforms that strip scripts the generator still works — only the automatic height adjustment stops, so the frame keeps the height written in the snippet. Set it generously and nothing is lost.
