Deliver heavy equipment — model, serial and condition — with a signature, in a PDF.

A machinery delivery note handles high-value equipment where model, serial and arrival condition all matter. It records exactly which machine was delivered, notes any installation, and is signed to confirm it arrived in working order.
This template opens with itemised lines. Add the supplier and buyer, the machine with model, serial and quantity, a condition/installation note and a signature space, then download a PDF delivery note.
Note: Buyer confirms the serial and condition, then signs on acceptance.
The machine’s model and serial, the quantity, a condition-on-arrival note, any installation, and a signature confirming it arrived in working order. Serial and condition are your record if a dispute follows.
High-value equipment needs a clear handover record — the serial ties the unit to the buyer, and the signed condition protects both sides against transit-damage claims.

A delivery note (or dispatch note / packing slip) travels with the goods and lists what is in the shipment so the recipient can check and sign for it. It usually shows quantities, not prices, and is not a request for payment. The invoice is the document that asks to be paid.
A delivery note confirms what was shipped and received. When it is time to bill, the Invoices Tracker turns the delivery into an invoice and keeps your clients, payments and what is still owed in one place.
