Deliver part of an order — show what arrived and what is to follow — with a signature, in a PDF.

A partial delivery note is for when only some of an order ships now and the rest follows. It shows what has been delivered against the order and what is still outstanding (back-order), so both sides know exactly where the order stands.
This template opens with itemised lines. Add the parties, the items delivered now, the quantities still to follow, an order reference and a signature space, then download a PDF delivery note.
Note: Shows delivered vs still to follow · references the order · signed on receipt.
What has been delivered now with quantities, what is still outstanding (back-order) with an expected date, the order reference, and a signature on receipt. It keeps a split shipment clear for both sides.
When the back-ordered items ship, issue another delivery note for them referencing the same order, so the full order is accounted for across the notes.

A delivery note (or dispatch note / packing slip) travels with the goods and lists what is in the shipment so the recipient can check and sign for it. It usually shows quantities, not prices, and is not a request for payment. The invoice is the document that asks to be paid.
A delivery note confirms what was shipped and received. When it is time to bill, the Invoices Tracker turns the delivery into an invoice and keeps your clients, payments and what is still owed in one place.
