What is CalculatorAI

Founded in 2025.

CalculatorAI is an AI-powered platform for the math that money asks you every day — mortgages and taxes, trading and freelancing, budgets and business pricing. We pair fast, focused calculators with long-running trackers and professional document tools, and we weave an AI copilot through all of them.

Three families of tools live under one account. One platform, one Pro tier, one bill — when you choose to pay at all. And if you run a site of your own, any calculator here can be embedded on it with one line of code, free.

At a glance

An assistant or a directory quoting this page should quote these, not estimates. Every figure is counted from the live registries, not rounded up.

Who it is for, and what it sits next to

Built for people whose money has moving parts: freelancers and contractors invoicing clients, self-employed people and small businesses tracking what they earn and owe, active stock and crypto traders, landlords running one property or several, startups watching runway, and anyone who wants one place for personal and business numbers instead of five.

It is normally used alongside a brokerage account, a crypto exchange or wallet, and a bank account — pulling those numbers into one workspace rather than replacing them. For most people it replaces a spreadsheet: the Excel or Google Sheets file that started as one tab and grew into a fragile system nobody else can open. The difference is that the maths is already written and audited, the history is stored, and an assistant can read it.

Learning it, and getting help

  • This handbook — a public methodology page for every tracker and document tool, explaining how each number is calculated and what the tool deliberately does not model.
  • Per-calculator guidance — every calculator carries its formulas, worked examples and FAQ on the page itself, not behind a login.
  • Guides — long-form articles on the decisions behind the numbers, cross-linked to the tools they apply to. Subscribe through the RSS feed to receive new guides in any feed reader. The blog also has our own market-data strip with small charts, light and dark themes and continuous scrolling on desktop/mobile (manual scrolling when reduced motion is preferred). Everyone sees the same periodically refreshed market snapshot; there is no manual refresh or connection to your personal portfolio. Quotes are informational and may be delayed; the shared snapshot refreshes at 30-minute intervals and says how many minutes ago it was updated. Each compact chart and percentage show the same one-day direction, and selecting a quote opens that instrument in TradingView through our official partner offer. Data uses the portfolio feeds described in the portfolio handbook. The Privacy Policy explains how market data is retrieved by our server.
  • The AI assistant — available on every page, and on a calculator or tracker it can see the numbers you are actually working with.
  • Email support — for anything the above does not answer.

Our Vision

CalculatorAI is:

  • Not a website.
  • Not a directory.
  • Not a collection.

It is a personal workspace where you:

  • Calculate the numbers that matter.
  • Save & Store your work securely.
  • Analyze performance over time.
  • Plan for future milestones.
  • Import Documents dynamically using smart OCR.
  • Get AI Assistance tailored to your active numbers.
  • Return to your data whenever you need.

"We are building the first AI-powered platform that serves as a personal financial decisions hub for millions of people."

What's on the site

Your home screen — the chat, or your own board of tools

When you are signed in, the front page is your workspace rather than a catalogue. It opens as a chat: ask a question, hand it a photo of a paystub or a statement, and it answers with your own numbers in view. A "Your dashboard" pill sits beside it with the live headline from every tracker that holds data.

From that pill you can switch the page to your dashboard: the chat settles into the floating assistant in the corner — still the same conversation, one tap away — and in its place you get a board of the tools you actually use. It starts filled with the trackers that already hold your data. Add tool opens the whole catalogue, trackers, document generators and calculators alike, and Arrange lets you drag the tiles into whatever order suits you and drop the ones you never open. A tile lifts and follows the pointer while a soft placeholder holds its destination; neighbouring tiles slide out of the way and the card settles into place when released. Resizing uses the same live preview without repeatedly rebuilding the charts inside the board. Each tile carries its own live number, so the board doubles as a status page. The arrangement is yours and follows you between devices; the back arrow returns you to the full-height chat.

Calculators — fast answers for one specific question

A growing library across 13 categories:

  • Real estate — mortgage, rental profitability, property loan, affordability
  • Crypto — BTC mining ROI, crypto P&L, average buy price, impermanent loss
  • Stocks & investing — stock profit, capital gains, ROI, dividend yield, compound interest
  • Debt — credit card payoff, debt avalanche, debt snowball, loan payment, personal loan, credit score simulator
  • Solopreneur / business — break-even, CAC/LTV, bonus tax, business margins
  • FIRE / retirement — FIRE retirement, asset allocation, savings projections
  • Mindful spending — budget, cost of living, cost-per-use
  • Body & ecology — BMI, calorie deficit, carbon footprint
  • Daily essentials — currency converter, tax estimators
  • Travel & auto — auto lease, car loan
  • Life milestones — baby cost, education savings
  • Goal achiever — savings targets, goal-amount planners
  • Group / social — tip splitter, split expenses between roommates or partners

Every calculator works the same way: enter your numbers and the result appears instantly. Below it you get a clear breakdown (what each component contributes), a formula explanation (what the math actually does), and FAQ about the topic.

From the result panel you can:

  • Download a PDF report — full breakdown formatted for printing or sharing.
  • Save an instant screenshot — one tap, get a branded image of your result. Works on every device, perfect for sharing in chat or email.
  • Save to History — keep the result tagged with a custom name so you can come back to it later. Comes with a history page that lists every result you've saved.
  • Favorite the calculator — pin the ones you use often. They show up on your /favorites page in one click.
  • Compare scenarios side by side — change inputs, save scenario A, change inputs again, save scenario B; the Scenario Compare panel shows both with deltas highlighted. Pro users get unlimited comparisons; free users get three lifetime saves.
  • Ask the AI about your specific numbers — see the AI section below.

One calculator works differently: Split Expenses. Dividing rent and bills is the one question you cannot answer alone, so instead of a share button it has a shareable link. You enter the shared costs, choose whether to split evenly or in proportion to income, and press Create shareable link. Paste that link into your group chat and everyone who opens it sees the same numbers and can add their own income or a missing expense — no account on either side, on any device. Changes save automatically for everyone holding the link, and the link expires 90 days after the last edit. Alongside what each person owes, the calculator shows what each person has left over afterwards, which is usually the number that settles the argument.

Trackers — long-running journals that remember

Trading Journal/trading-journal

A unified journal that covers every asset class a serious trader works with: crypto, forex, stock, futures, options, swing, and scalp trades. (Sports betting lives in its own sub-section using the same engine.) One workspace, one analytics layer, one database — no need for a separate tool per asset type.

Tabbed workspace:

  • Trades — the full ledger. Filter by symbol, side, account, strategy, status. Sticky filters, sticky headers, type-coloured rows.
  • Dashboard — six sections behind one set of filters (period, account, strategy, asset type, style):
    • Overview — the AI's reading of your journal in a sentence, then the equity curve, win/loss donut, win rate, profit factor, max drawdown, average win/loss, R-multiple, expectancy, longest streaks, Kelly criterion.
    • Timing — P&L by weekday, by month of the year and by the hour you entered.
    • Risk & exits — the underwater curve (how deep and for how long you were below your peak), the distribution of results in R, time in position, and exit quality: how much of the best available move you actually captured, what the rest was worth, and how many winners you cut before half of it.
    • Discipline — see below.
    • Breakdown — P&L per strategy, ticker, asset class, style and tag.
    • Compare — the same period one window earlier, side by side. If the period you picked has no trades but the journal does, it widens the window once and tells you — no empty screen.
  • Calendar — every trading day as something you can open: a month grid coloured by the day's P&L, and beside it that day's numbers, its trades, and a note you write yourself with an optional mood tag.
  • Discipline — switch on the lines you have decided not to cross (max risk per trade, always have a stop, minimum planned reward:risk, max trades per day, daily loss limit, checklist used) and the journal grades your whole history against them: one score, each rule's compliance month by month, and the most recent breaks with a link straight to the trade. Above it sits your trader portrait — edge, consistency, exits, sizing and discipline on five axes. A rule the journal cannot judge is never counted as broken.
  • Setup — your trading rule book. Your rules, strategies library with abbreviations, ticker registry (with point-value for futures), pre-trade checklist, profit goals by month, and a one-click share link to publish your stats to a public profile.
  • Accounts — manage multiple accounts (live, demo, prop firm) with starting balance, deposits, withdrawals, and per-account analytics.

Add a trade with the Quick Add popover from anywhere, import broker statements (CSV/MT4 — free, up to 100 trades to bring your history in; Pro removes the cap), upload a screenshot or photo of your trade for AI extraction (Pro), or ask the floating AI Assistant to auto-fill the form in real-time. The full editor supports partial entries / exits, risk amount, MAE / MFE, market regime, emotional state, mistakes, screenshots, tags. The journal records far more than most: it's built to find the patterns behind the numbers, not just record them. Deleting a trade is reversible — it goes to a Trash bin (bottom of the Trades tab) where you can restore it or delete it permanently, so nothing is lost by accident.

The Trading Journal also features a bidirectional integration with CalculatorAI's calculator engine: the dashboard includes forward links to Compound Interest and Risk/Reward planners based on actual account balances, the trade form links to Risk/Reward and Options Profit calculators to automatically apply sizing parameters back into the form, and the trade details page dynamically suggests Capital Gains Tax, Stock Profit, or Crypto PnL calculators with prefilled transaction context to simulate scenarios or calculate taxes.

When you have no trades yet (anonymous, or fresh account), the journal opens in demo mode with a 15-trade fixture so you can see the full UI before committing.

Invoices Tracker/invoices

A bookkeeping tracker for invoices you've issued (not to be confused with the Invoice Generator below, which creates them). The focus is on collections and cash flow:

  • Dashboard KPIs — total billed, total paid, total outstanding, collections rate, overdue exposure, average days to pay (DSO).
  • Status breakdown — paid / sent / draft, with overdue flagged.
  • Interactive Payment Calendar — every due date plotted on a month grid. Click a day to see which invoices are due. Coloured by status so you can spot trouble at a glance.
  • Forward cash-flow projection — three months of expected revenue based on outstanding sent invoices.
  • Six-month trend chart — billed vs paid, month by month.
  • Late payment recovery workflows — when an invoice goes overdue, the AI helps you draft a polite follow-up email with the right tone for the situation.
  • Unified Import (Smart AI Scan & CSV) — drag and drop a photo, screenshot, or PDF of a billing document, and the AI OCR will read, parse, and draft a new invoice directly in the tracker. Also supports bulk CSV file uploads.

Demo mode for anonymous viewers shows a richer 8-invoice fixture across paid, sent, draft, and overdue states.

Portfolio Tracker/portfolio-tracker

A position-level tracker for what you own — stocks, ETFs, crypto and anything you want to track by hand. Where the Trading Journal records individual trades, the Portfolio Tracker holds your standing positions and shows what they're worth right now.

  • Holdings list — symbol, type, quantity, average cost, current price, market value, gain/loss in dollars and percent, and each position's share of the portfolio.
  • Live prices — stocks and ETFs price from a real-time feed; crypto from a free market feed; and indices and commodities (S&P 500, gold, silver, oil…) from a market-data feed. Prices are cached server-side so the page stays fast. Can't get a quote for something private or illiquid? Set a manual price and it takes over.
  • Overview — total value, total invested, and total unrealized gain/loss up top, plus an allocation donut so you can see concentration at a glance.
  • Multi-currency — record each trade in the currency you actually paid in; the tracker locks in that day's exchange rate so your cost basis is right even across currencies, and re-displays the whole portfolio in whichever currency you choose.
  • Annualized return (XIRR) — beyond a simple gain %, the Overview shows the money-weighted annualized return, which accounts for when you put money in and took it out — the fair way to compare positions held for different lengths of time.
  • Bonds, loans and private notes — a fixed-income position type for money you have lent rather than invested: the amount, the interest rate, how often it pays, and the date the principal comes back. It needs no price feed, because a loan is worth the principal still outstanding. The tracker reminds you on the day an interest payment is due and again on the day the loan matures, and each payment received goes into the same income log as your dividends. Mark it repaid and the position leaves your totals while its payment history stays.
  • Watchlist — track tickers you don't own yet with the same live prices, without them counting toward your totals.
  • Price alerts — set a target on any holding or watched symbol and get a push + in-app notification the moment the price crosses it.
  • Benchmark comparison — overlay the S&P 500, Nasdaq, Bitcoin or Gold on your value chart to see, at a glance, whether you're beating the market.
  • Tax report — turn your sells into a realized-gains report with proper lot accounting (FIFO / LIFO / HIFO), short- vs long-term split, a per-year summary and a CSV export for your accountant.
  • Dividend forecast & calendar — from your payment log the tracker estimates your forward annual income and lays out a month-by-month calendar of upcoming payments.
  • Asset detail — click any holding for a 1-year price chart with your average-cost line, plus fundamentals (market cap, P/E, dividend yield, 52-week range).
  • Wallet sync — paste a public wallet address (Ethereum and ~20 EVM chains, plus Solana, Bitcoin, Tron, Aptos, Sui, Stellar, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Starknet) and your tokens are pulled in automatically — read-only, no connection or signing, spam filtered.
  • Exchange sync — connect a read-only API key from Binance, Bybit, OKX, KuCoin, Kraken or Coinbase and your spot balances are pulled in automatically. Use a key with trading and withdrawals turned off; it's stored encrypted and only ever reads your balances.
  • Share — publish a public, read-only link to your portfolio showing only the figures you choose (and optionally with the numbers hidden), with a one-click revoke. Made for newsletters, threads and showing your returns.
  • Import — bulk-add positions from a CSV file (free, up to 100 rows — enough to bring your history in; Pro removes the cap) or from a brokerage/exchange screenshot read by AI (Pro), reviewed in an editable table before anything is saved.
  • Export CSV — download your whole portfolio with cost basis and live figures, free on any tier.
  • Calculator Integration — a two-way sync:
    • Forward link: The Dividends and Tax tabs link directly to passive income and capital gains calculators pre-populated with your real portfolio holdings, yields, and transaction data.
    • Reverse funnel: Results pages of major stock, crypto, dividend, staking, and options calculators feature a "Save to Portfolio" button to instantly record simulated trades back into your active portfolio.
  • Trash — deleting a holding is reversible; it moves to a Trash bin where you can restore it or delete it permanently.

The free tier tracks up to 10 holdings at once (deleting one frees a slot); Pro removes the cap. CSV export of your own holdings is always free. Anonymous visitors see a sample portfolio in demo mode.

Habit Tracker/habit-tracker

A lightweight routine tracker for everyday consistency — simple enough to use daily, structured enough to reveal patterns over time.

  • Today — see every active habit and check in the last seven days without opening a spreadsheet.
  • Habits — manage each routine's name, note, cadence, weekly target, icon and colour.
  • Insights — weekly completion rate, streak signals and the habits carrying the week.
  • AI habit coach (Pro) — a chat that knows your habits and streaks, celebrates wins, flags what's slipping and suggests small next steps to keep the routine going.

The free tier tracks up to 7 active habits and includes check-ins, streaks and insights; Pro removes the habit cap and adds the AI habit coach. Anonymous visitors see a demo routine set before signing up.

QR Codes Tracker/qr-codes

The management side of the QR Code generator. Static codes are one-and-done downloads, but dynamic codes route through a short link you own — so they can be edited and measured after printing. This tracker is where those dynamic codes live.

  • Codes list — every dynamic code with its name, short scan link (one tap to copy), current destination, live scan count, and a password badge when protected.
  • Edit destination — repoint any code to a new URL in place; the printed pattern keeps working, it just forwards somewhere new.
  • Pause / resume — temporarily stop a code from redirecting without deleting it; delete retires it (recoverable first).
  • Scan analytics — headline totals (total scans, active codes), a 30-day scan trend chart, and breakdowns by country, device and browser.
  • Frames with a call to action — 17 print-ready designs (bar, sticker, badge, speech bubble, corner brackets, ribbon, ticket, phone and more) with your own caption; part of the PNG and the vector SVG, and never drawn over the code or its quiet zone.
  • No metering on Pro — unlimited dynamic codes, unlimited scans, unlimited destination changes. Paid QR platforms tie the number of codes to a plan tier; this one does not.
  • Your own short-link domain (Pro) — point a domain you own at the redirect, so printed codes read qr.yourcompany.com/AbC123 instead of ours. One DNS record; new codes are created on it automatically, and codes already printed keep the hostname they were printed with. Your domain serves only your short links.
  • Folders, tags and campaign parameters (Pro) — file a code into a folder, tag it across folders, and attach utm_* parameters that are added to the destination at scan time, so a scan shows up in your own analytics as its own source instead of as direct traffic. Folders are personal to your account; there are no shared seats or roles.
  • Privacy-first — scans record only coarse location (country/city) and device class; the raw IP is never stored, only an irreversible fingerprint.

The free tier includes one active dynamic code so you can try the full loop (editable destination + analytics); Pro removes the limit. The generator itself (static codes, colours, shapes, logo, PNG/SVG export) is free and needs no account.

Expenses Tracker/expenses

A personal money tracker for income and spending — where your money actually goes, month over month. Every transaction has an amount, category, merchant, date and optional recurrence; the dashboard turns them into cash flow at a glance.

  • Dashboard — income / spent / net hero, a cumulative income-vs-spending chart, and analytics: spending-by-category donut, monthly bars, top merchants and a budget summary. Every chart is a way in: hover a category for its latest transactions, click any slice, month or merchant to see every transaction behind the number — with how it compares to last month, and the category's budget. Everything converts to your globally selected display currency at live FX, so a mixed-currency ledger reads as one coherent picture.
  • Accounts — cash, cards and bank accounts, each with an opening balance and a live balance (opening + income − expense); transfers between accounts (cross-currency aware) that move money without counting as income or expense; a total across accounts converted to your display currency.
  • Budgets — a monthly cap per category with live progress; built-in and custom categories.
  • Subscriptions — recurring income and expenses (weekly / monthly / yearly) auto-materialise their due occurrences, so what repeats stays up to date.
  • Import — one button, three sources: a bank/card statement PDF (any bank, any language — the AI reads every transaction, and even reads digitally-signed statements), a receipt photo (AI extracts total, date and category), or a CSV with AI column mapping.
  • AI — a Pro tab that reads your ledger and writes back what's working, watch-outs, patterns and concrete ways to save. It opens on the last analysis and tells you when your ledger has moved since; generating a new one is always your click.

It's bidirectionally linked with the calculators (Budget 50/30/20, Subscription Audit, Tip / Bill Split, Cost of Living and more) — send a result into the tracker, or open a calculator prefilled from your data. Free users can log up to 50 transactions; scan, PDF import and AI insights are Pro. Existing data always stays visible.

Budget Tracker/budget-tracker

A personal budget planner designed to give you clarity and control over your monthly cash flow, combining zero-based budgeting with 50/30/20 rule allocation.

  • Dashboard — overview of monthly performance including a breakdown of Needs, Wants, and Savings & Debt, plus scheduled items, next due bill, and recent budget entries.

  • Monthly Planner — zero-based budget planning where you assign every dollar a job before the month starts, tracking planned income vs planned outflows.

  • Categories Manager — set up custom budget categories and assign target limits, grouped under Needs, Wants, Savings/Debt, or Income.

  • Calendar Panel — visualize upcoming income and due bills on a calendar grid to manage cash flow timing and prevent overdrafts.

  • 50/30/20 & Zero-Based Analysis — interactive charts showing actual spending ratio comparisons, cash flow runways, and monthly trends.

  • Multi-currency & Live FX — plan and track transactions in original currencies with automated real-time FX conversion.

  • Recurring lines that behave like recurring lines — mark rent or a salary as monthly and it gets its own row in each month, so you can record what actually happened in August without touching September, and next month is already waiting for you.

  • Actuals fill themselves in — anything you record in the Expenses Tracker lands against the matching budget category on its own. You write the plan; the spending arrives by itself. A figure you type yourself is yours and never gets overwritten.

  • Rollover — what you didn't spend last month is available this month, per category and overall; what you overspent follows you too. Turn it off if you'd rather each month start clean.

  • Start from last month — a new month opens with an offer to copy the previous plan instead of a blank page.

  • Import an existing budget — upload a screenshot of your spreadsheet, an export from another budgeting app, a bank statement, or a photo of a budget written on paper. Every line is read out, sorted into Needs / Wants / Savings & Debt / Income, and shown to you for review before anything is saved. Works in any language, from an image or a PDF. Pro.

  • Send a line to Expenses — once a planned payment has actually happened, hand it to the Expenses ledger in one click. It opens the Expenses add form prefilled, in the line's own currency, for you to confirm — nothing is created behind your back.

Your budget is part of what the assistant knows about you: it can answer "am I over on wants this month?", it flags a group that has run past its plan or income you haven't given a job to yet, it appears on your Workspace dashboard, and it gets a line in the weekly email summary.

The free tier allows tracking up to 8 monthly budget items and 10 custom categories; Pro removes the caps, unlocks budget import and AI budget copilot insights. CSV export is free on every plan, and existing data always stays visible.

Rental Income Tracker/rental-income

The landlord's books: track every rental property, the rent it earns and the money it costs to run, with investor metrics calculated for you.

  • Properties — a card per unit with its rent, mortgage, purchase price and current value, tenant and lease dates, plus a per-property cash flow, cap rate and a lease countdown that warns you before a renewal is due.
  • Transactions — a rent-and-expense ledger tied to each property. Income (rent, deposits, late fees) and expenses (mortgage, taxes, insurance, repairs, management, HOA, utilities) are categorised so tax time is a one-click CSV export.
  • Dashboard — portfolio-wide net cash flow over the last 12 months, monthly income-vs-expense chart, occupancy rate, rent roll, portfolio value, blended cap rate and a where-the-money-goes breakdown.

Every metric — cash flow, net operating income, cap rate, occupancy — is derived from what you log, never typed in. Free users can track up to 2 properties with unlimited transactions, all metrics and CSV export; Pro removes the property cap and adds AI portfolio insights.

Debt Payoff Tracker/debt-payoff-tracker

Every balance you owe in one place, with a real debt-free date instead of a guess.

  • Overview — total owed, the month you become debt-free, the interest the plan will cost, and how much of the original pile you've already cleared. A balance curve runs to zero with a marker on the month each individual debt dies.
  • Debts — a row per balance: card, student loan, car loan, medical bill, mortgage, money borrowed from family. Rate, minimum payment, due day, the creditor who actually holds it, and the currency it is in.
  • Plan — pick avalanche, snowball or your own order and see all three costed on the same money: the debt-free date and total interest for each, so the choice between "cheapest" and "most motivating" is a number rather than an argument. Set an extra monthly payment and the tracker tells you how many months and how much interest it buys — and set a different amount for a single month when a bonus or an expensive month makes the usual figure wrong. The month-by-month schedule can be read for the whole plan or for one debt on its own.
  • Payments — log what you actually pay; balances update, and the part above the minimum is tracked separately because that's the part that shortens the plan. Above the log sits plan versus actual for any month you pick: what the plan asked for, what you paid, the gap, and the same split debt by debt — so a projection becomes something you can be held to. Any logged payment can be sent to the Expenses Tracker as a prefilled entry, since a debt payment is money leaving your account like any other.

Beyond the plan itself: what-if scenarios let you test a one-off payment, a balance transfer (fee included, because that's what decides it) or a consolidation loan against your real numbers without saving anything; photograph a statement and the balance, rate, minimum and due date fill themselves in; an AI debt coach answers questions against your actual balances and plan; and everything exports to CSV free, on every tier. The assistant also warns you when a payment is due in the next few days — or when your payments no longer cover the interest and the balance has started growing.

Debts can be held in different currencies: each row shows the currency you entered it in, while every total and the simulation itself convert into the currency you are viewing in, at current rates. That is not cosmetic — the simulation pays balances down against one shared budget, so mixing currencies raw would produce a debt-free date that is not real. The projection is a month-by-month simulation with rolling payments — when a debt is cleared its minimum joins the attack on the next one. If the budget doesn't even cover the interest, the tracker says so instead of projecting a date that will never arrive. Free users can track up to 3 debts with the full simulator, all three strategies and unlimited payment logging; Pro removes the debt cap.

Net Worth Tracker/net-worth-tracker

One number for how you are actually doing, and the year work becomes optional.

  • Overview — everything you own minus everything you owe, as one figure that counts up when the page opens. Below it, where it comes from: an allocation ring for investments, cash, property equity and other assets, with debts on their own line underneath. Each line links to the tracker that owns it, because none of those numbers are stored twice.
  • Over time — a monthly line with a tooltip on every point. A snapshot is recorded automatically on your first visit each month, and it keeps each component separately, so a year later "why did it jump in March" is answerable instead of lost. Filter to six months, a year, two years, everything, or a custom range.
  • Analytics — assets against liabilities month by month, how much net worth moved against the month before it, and each part of the sheet then against now.
  • Retirement plan — your income, your spending and four rates you can argue with, run forward year by year: the pot you need at your chosen withdrawal rate, the year you reach it, and whether the money lasts. Every assumption is on screen and editable, because a projection you cannot inspect is a black box.
  • Cash & other assets — the only thing this tracker stores itself: current accounts, savings, a home owned outright, a vehicle. Everything else it reads live from the Portfolio, Rental and Debt trackers.

Accounts can be held in different currencies, and conversion happens before anything is added — a euro savings account, a dollar portfolio and a loan in a third currency are brought to one currency at current rates and only then summed. You can read the whole page in any currency you like without ever changing what is stored. Export is free on every tier and carries the accounts, the full monthly history and your retirement assumptions in one file; deleting an account takes it out of the totals immediately and keeps it restorable for 30 days.

You choose what counts. Investments, property equity and debts each have a switch — turn one off and it leaves the total immediately, with nothing deleted. Trading accounts from the Trading Journal can be switched on as a fourth source; it is off by default because that money is often already inside your portfolio, and counting it twice is worse than not counting it at all. And rather than typing balances in, you can photograph a bank statement or your banking app and have the accounts read off it — credit cards and loans are skipped, since those belong to the Debt tracker, and nothing is saved until you have looked at what was read.

What it deliberately does not do: connect to your bank. There is no credential sharing and no third-party aggregator, which is also why it works the same in every country rather than only where a bank-linking service has coverage.

More trackers are planned and will share the same Pro account when they ship — no new bill, no new account.

Dividend Tracker/dividend-tracker

What your holdings pay, when each payment lands, and the year the income covers your life.

  • Income — forward annual income and what it works out to per month, with the net after withholding tax underneath. Beside it, yield on cost against what your shares actually cost you and the yield at today's price, because the gap between those two is the whole case for holding a dividend grower. Below: progress towards a monthly income goal, what actually landed month by month against the same months last year, and income split by position, sector or payer country.
  • Positions — shares, cost, dividend per share, cadence, annual income, both yields, the ex-dividend date and a safety verdict, sortable and searchable. Enter a ticker and the dividend amount, how often it pays, the next ex-date, the growth rate and the raise streak fill themselves in; one button refreshes every position from the market.
  • Calendar — twelve months of expected payments as a stacked chart, month cards listing every payment, and a heatmap of who pays when. Empty months are shown on purpose, with a hint at which quarterly cycle would fill them. A month with nothing logged can be back-filled in one step.
  • Payments — the received log, shared with the Portfolio Tracker's dividends tab, so a payment logged in either place counts in both. Import a broker's dividend or activity CSV and non-dividend rows are dropped rather than counted as income. Any payment can be sent to the Expenses Tracker as income.
  • Growth — the reinvestment snowball: dividend growth, DRIP, annual contributions, share-price growth and each position's own withholding rate compounded year by year, ending in the year your monthly target is met.

Withholding tax is modelled per holding, because it follows the payer's country and not the investor's: set the country and a typical statutory or treaty rate applies, overridable per position. Dividend safety is a verdict with its reasons — cut, payout ratio, raise streak — never an invented score, and payout ratio is deliberately ignored for REITs and funds, which are required to distribute most of their income. Reminders arrive two days before an ex-dividend date and on the day a payment is due, and a dividend cut found in the weekly data refresh is pushed straight away. Free covers the income view, the calendar, the payment log, CSV import and export and six positions; Pro removes the position limit and adds the growth projection and the PDF income statement.

Your profile — /account

Your account has one profile photo across the desktop header, mobile navigation, account overview and settings. Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP from the small camera control on the avatar; replacing it updates every surface at once. The photo is optional — without one, CalculatorAI keeps the coloured initials avatar. Display name, public nickname, password and application preferences remain under Account Settings.

Your uploaded files, in one place — /files

Screenshots of trades, photos of receipts, lease and insurance documents — the files you attach around the site all end up on one page, My files, in the Library section of the sidebar. Each one shows where it is attached, when you uploaded it and how much space it takes, and opens with one click.

Anything you upload is private: files are stored in locked buckets that nobody can browse, and every preview link we hand out expires within the hour. You can delete any file from that page, and deleting it removes only the file — the trade, the expense or the property it belonged to keeps every number you entered and simply loses its attachment. Deleted files wait 30 days in a bin where you can restore them, exactly like everything else you delete here. Images you drop into the AI chat are not kept at all: they are read once and erased within the hour.

Document tools — professional generators for business paperwork

Eleven professional generators, each at its own URL, producing high-quality documents and vector assets:

  • Invoice generator/invoice-generator — standard commercial invoices with Net 30 / Net 15 / Net 60 terms, VAT / sales tax / GST, IBAN / SWIFT / routing details, dynamic signature drawing, currency formatting that respects locale conventions.
  • Quote / estimate/quote-template — business quotes with validity windows, scope of work, conversion to invoice.
  • Purchase order/purchase-order-template — B2B purchase orders with Incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP), PO numbers, three-way matching support.
  • Receipt/receipt-generator — payment confirmations, cash vs card, warranty proofs.
  • Credit note/credit-note-template — refunds, billing corrections, reference to original invoice.
  • Debit note/debit-note-template — added B2B charges with reference trail.
  • Proforma invoice/proforma-invoice — pre-shipment, customs, letter of credit.
  • Delivery note / packing slip/delivery-note-template — quantities, sender / receiver, signature line, no financial fields.
  • Timesheet/timesheet-template — billable hours, project / task split, consultant approval flow.
  • Commercial invoice/commercial-invoice — specialized invoices for international trade containing customs information, carrier tracking, AWB/BL numbers, package counts, gross/net weights, Incoterms, and line-item HS codes and country of origin.
  • Expense report/expense-report — out-of-pocket reimbursement claims: travel, meals, mileage priced by distance × rate, advance already drawn, and the reimbursement still owed to the claimant.
  • Statement of account/statement-of-account — open-item summary of a customer's unpaid invoices with payments received and the balance outstanding; the collections document that restates what was already invoiced.
  • Progress billing/progress-billing — construction applications for payment: work completed this period priced by units, retainage withheld as a percentage, previous billings deducted, and the payment due this period.
  • QR Code Generator/qr-code-generator — create static and dynamic QR codes with customizable dots, corners, colors, gradients, and custom logos. Dynamically links to the QR Codes Tracker to save, edit destination URLs, and track live scan analytics.

The thirteen accounting document generators share one editor and one PDF pipeline. Features available across all of them:

  • Fill with AI & PDF/Image Import — type a sentence to generate items, or upload a screenshot or PDF of any invoice/receipt to automatically parse and fill all document fields instantly.
  • Save to your account — every document you create can be saved into your library; revisit, edit, duplicate, archive.
  • Email straight to your client — send the PDF in-app (via Resend). Sender name, reply-to, message body — all editable. Both you and the client get the same branded email.
  • CSV import with AI mapping — bulk-import historical invoices from any spreadsheet; AI maps your columns to ours.
  • Reusable address book — clients you've billed before are one tap away on the next document.
  • Multi-currency — display, send, and store in 30+ currencies.
  • Translated in all 10 site languages.

Install it as an app

CalculatorAI can be installed on a phone, tablet or computer and used like a native app — its own icon on the home screen or dock, its own window, no address bar and no browser tabs around it. There is nothing to download from a store, no account beyond the one you already have, and it takes up almost no space, because it is the same site.

The install icon sits in the toolbar of every tracker and every document generator, next to the star that marks a favourite. It appears only when the app is not installed yet and your browser supports installing it, so it is never in the way.

  • Android, Windows, macOS, Linux — Chrome, Edge and Brave show the icon and install with one tap.
  • iPhone and iPad — Safari installs through the Share menu → Add to Home Screen. Tapping the icon walks you through the two steps.

Installed, it also gets a proper place for notifications: reminders and alerts arrive like any other app's, without the site being open.

What works without a connection. The app's own files live on the device after the first visit, so it opens instantly and never re-downloads itself. Lose signal and you get a proper "you're offline" screen with a retry button instead of the browser's error page.

Why we do not store your data on the device

Your trackers need a connection, and that is a decision rather than a gap. Three reasons, and we would rather say them out loud than let you find out the hard way.

We are not putting your money on a device we know nothing about. Working offline means keeping your balances, trades and invoices in the browser's own storage — on a laptop that might be shared, a work machine, a phone someone borrows. We already refuse to cache even the page of a tracker for this reason. Your figures live in your account, behind your login, and that is the whole point of having one.

An offline queue is the most common way an app quietly loses what you typed. You enter a trade underground, the app says "saved", the queue fails hours later and nobody tells you. You would find out weeks on, from a number that does not add up. We would rather tell you now that we could not reach the server than be confidently wrong later. Nothing here is ever half-saved.

Two devices editing the same thing has no honest automatic answer. Change an expense on your phone with no signal, change it again on your laptop, reconnect — something has to lose, and no rule we could pick is right for everybody. Silently picking one would be us making a decision about your records without asking.

So: the app opens instantly, tells you plainly when it cannot reach the network, and asks you to try again in a moment. Signal comes back, you enter what you needed, and nothing was invented in between.

Put a calculator on your own website

Every calculator here — and every document generator, from the invoice generator to quotes, receipts and timesheets — can also live on someone else's site: a blog post explaining mortgages, an agency page, a course, a broker's help centre, a restaurant's menu page, a freelancing guide, a company intranet. It takes one line of code, it costs nothing, and it works on any platform that lets you paste HTML.

The document widgets make a complete, downloadable PDF without an account and without a watermark — the whole document is built in your reader's own browser. Saving it, emailing it to a client, the client directory and the AI fill stay on the real tool, because those need an account.

How to get the code. Open the builder at /embed, pick the tool, set it up, and copy the snippet. Paste it into your page and you're done — there is nothing to install, no account to create, no API key to request, and nothing to approve.

What you can set

OptionWhat it does
LanguageAny of the 10 site languages — the widget speaks your readers' language, not ours.
CurrencyPin it to a major currency — USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, JPY, PLN, INR, BRL — or leave it to follow each visitor's own region. Not shown for the QR generator, which has no money in it.
ThemeLight, dark, or "follow the reader's device" so it matches your site in both modes.
WidthThe maximum width the widget may use inside your layout.

There is no height to set on purpose: the widget measures itself and tells your page how tall it needs to be, so it always grows to fit its content instead of hiding results behind an inner scrollbar. Given enough width it shows the full two-column desktop layout, with the inputs staying in view while the results scroll — exactly as on the site. On phones it stacks, like everything else we build.

What's inside a widget. The calculator itself: the same math, the same instant results, the same breakdown. Everything that belongs to a CalculatorAI account — PDF reports, saving to history, favorites, screenshots, the hand-off buttons into the trackers — is deliberately left out, because a widget can't sign anyone in. Readers who want those follow the CalculatorAI link under the widget and get the full tool on our site.

The QR generator as a widget. Your readers get the whole static generator — every content type (URL, WiFi, vCard, email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, location, event, crypto), colours and gradients, corner and body shapes, error correction, a centre logo, and both PNG and vector SVG download — with no account and no watermark. The one thing it leaves out is dynamic, tracked codes: those need a short link we host and an account to own it, and a widget can't sign anyone in. So the Dynamic tab links to the full tool, where anyone who needs an editable destination or scan analytics can carry on.

Which tools can be embedded. Every calculator, the QR code generator, and every document generator — invoice, quote, receipt, timesheet and the rest. A tool may only be handed out as a widget when everything it does happens in the visitor's browser, so that a host site can never be charged for its own traffic. The document generators originally failed that test because their PDF was built on our servers; the render was moved into the browser, and they became embeddable.

Share a comparison table. Every /best-* comparison page and every QR competitor-alternative page offers self-contained styled HTML, Markdown source, and a responsive live widget directly below its table. HTML and Markdown carry a visible source link; the live widget reads the current comparison from CalculatorAI, so updates appear on the host site without copying the table again.

The terms, in plain words

  • Free for any website, commercial ones included. No signup, no key, no cap on how many widgets you embed.
  • It keeps itself up to date. You paste the snippet once; improvements we ship arrive on your page on their own.
  • The CalculatorAI credit stays visible — the one inside the widget and the link beneath it. That's the whole price.
  • Don't modify the snippet, hide the credit with CSS, or crop the frame so parts are cut off. Sites that do lose access.

How pricing works

We do not believe in walls. Everything on the site is free to try, and we never auto-charge anyone.

Anonymous visitors can use every calculator, browse the trackers in demo mode, see every document tool, and read every methodology page. Sign up to save your work, get an account, and unlock the AI everywhere.

Free signed-in keeps you forever. Daily caps on saves and AI requests, plus a few lifetime caps (favorites, saved invoices, address-book size). Downloading a document as PDF is not capped on any tier — it is built in your own browser and costs us nothing, so there is nothing to ration. You can always export your data too — that's never gated.

Pro removes every cap. Unlimited AI everywhere, unlimited saves, unlimited everything.

The trial: every new account gets 30 days of full Pro access, free, no credit card. When the trial ends, your account drops to Free; everything you created during the trial stays — visible, exportable, never deleted. Subscribe whenever you're ready.

Email cadence around billing. When you subscribe you get a welcome email. When you cancel you get a confirmation showing exactly when access ends — no surprise drop-offs. Yearly subscribers get a heads-up about a week before renewal so there's time to update a card or cancel cleanly. Stripe also sends the standard payment receipts.

Come-back email. If you have not opened the site in a few days, you may get one short email — and what it says depends on whether you have anything stored. With data, it names it: which invoices are overdue, how long the trading journal has been idle, where the portfolio stands. Without data, it is a plain reminder of what the site is for, with nothing to do. At most one a fortnight, never after two months of silence, and the unsubscribe link turns off every reminder email at once.

Weekly digest email (Pro). Once a week, Pro members with active data get a short branded email recapping what changed — portfolio moves, new trades, P&L, newly-overdue invoices — plus progress on any goals you've set and one thing worth focusing on. It's on by default; turn it off any time in Settings → Weekly digest, or with the one-click unsubscribe in every email.

Goals widget. Goals are managed in Settings → AI memory. A goal can be kept as a simple reminder, or connected to a supported live tracker metric (portfolio, held ETH/BTC price, journal P&L, net worth, monthly cash flow, rentals, debt payoff, habits, or dividends) with a numeric target. The dashboard always shows the user's real goal list: manual goals never receive a fabricated percentage, and an automatic goal says that data is unavailable until its tracker has a real value.

New-article emails. When a new guide is published, we can send it to you by email — the title, what it covers and a link. Only when there is something new, a few times a month at most, and never automatically on a schedule: someone presses send. Turn it on or off in Settings → New articles, or use the one-click unsubscribe in the email itself. The guides themselves are written in English.

In-app notifications. A bell in the top-right shows in-app notifications: subscription events (welcome, cancellation), site announcements (new tracker, new feature) and personal nudges. A short chime plays when something new arrives — toggle it off any time from the profile drawer.

How AI helps across the site

The AI isn't bolted on — it's woven through every product. Six different AI surfaces, each with its own focus and its own knowledge.

1. In every calculator — AI chat (Pro / Free 5/day)

Inside any calculator, an AI chat tab knows your current inputs and the live computed result. Ask things like:

  • "Why is my monthly mortgage payment $1,847 — what's driving most of it?"
  • "What happens if I increase the down payment by $20,000?"
  • "Explain PMI / amortization / capital gains tax in plain language."
  • "Compare this scenario with a 15-year loan instead of 30-year."

The AI sees your numbers, so the answer is grounded in your situation — not a generic textbook response. It will not invent prices, rates or jurisdictions you didn't enter.

It can also fill the inputs for you. Just describe the situation in plain language — "I earn $80,000 a year, 20% down on a $400k home, 30-year loan" — and the AI will populate the fields automatically. A small green "Filled N fields" chip appears under the reply to confirm what landed.

2. AI Insights button on the result (Pro / Free 3/day)

One tap on the result panel asks the AI for a one-shot expert reading of the numbers. Different from chat: this is a single, structured analysis without back-and-forth. Typical output includes:

  • What the result actually means in plain language
  • Risks or red flags in the numbers
  • Two or three recommended next actions
  • Trade-offs the user might not have noticed

Use chat for back-and-forth questions, use Insights when you just want a verdict.

3. Trading Journal AI (Pro / Free 3/day chat, 1/day per-trade)

The journal has the deepest AI integration on the site because the data is rich enough to find real patterns. Five distinct AI capabilities live inside /journals:

  • Per-trade analysis — open any trade, press "AI Analyze". The AI examines your entry, exit, stop, take-profit, size, strategy, and notes, and tells you what went well and what to improve. Great for post-trade journaling.
  • Journal chat & Form Auto-Fill — ask anything about your trading (e.g. "What's my win rate by strategy?", "Review my last 10 trades"), or simply describe a trade in natural language (e.g., "buy AAPL at 180, sell at 195, size 100") to have the form fields automatically populated in real-time.
  • Screenshot & Photo Import — drag-and-drop or upload a screenshot or photo of your trade/chart (e.g. from TradingView or your broker), and the AI vision system will extract all key fields (symbol, type, side, prices, quantity, dates, etc.) to pre-fill the form instantly.
  • AI Insights (Pro only) — a weekly pattern report. Surfaces patterns you didn't see yourself: best setups, worst times of day, drawdown triggers, edge decay, recovery patterns.
  • Pre-trade checklist — the AI helps you maintain a checklist (e.g. "Did I check the news? Is my stop placed? Is my risk under 1%?") and reminds you before quick-adding a new trade.

4. Invoices Tracker AI (Pro / Free 3/day)

The invoices chat knows your client base, your billing history, and which clients are late.

  • "Which invoices are overdue, and by how much?"
  • "Draft a polite-but-firm follow-up to Globex about INV-2026-004."
  • "What's my average days-to-pay this quarter?"
  • "Which clients always pay on time? Which always drag?"

When you ask for a follow-up email, the AI tunes the tone for the situation — gentle nudge for a 3-day overdue, firmer language for 30+ days, formal escalation for 60+ days. You always review before sending.

5. Document tools — Fill with AI & PDF/Image Import (Pro / Free 5/day)

In every document generator (invoice, quote, purchase order, receipt, etc.), the AI Fill panel offers two paths to populate the document:

  1. Natural-language prompt: Type a description of your work (e.g. "Send Globex Corporation $4,200 for May consulting hours, Net 30, my standard 20% tax") and the AI fills the form details, client details, line items, dates, and taxes.
  2. File scanner (PDF/Image OCR): Drag-and-drop or upload a screenshot, photo, or PDF of a billing document (receipt, invoice, purchase order, timesheet). The AI reads the file and autofills the entire document template fields — sender (from), customer (billTo), items, taxes, notes, and banking/payment details — instantly.

Pro users also get CSV Import with AI mapping — point at any spreadsheet of historical invoices and the AI maps your columns to ours, no template required.

6. Site Assistant — the floating button (Pro / Free 3/day)

The chat button in the corner of every page — this is the only AI that knows about everything you do across the whole platform.

  • "How am I doing this month — both trading and invoices?"
  • "Which clients are late and which trades are open?"
  • "Which calculator should I use to figure out a 401(k) rollover?"
  • "What features come with Pro that I'm not using yet?"
  • "What's the difference between a quote and a proforma invoice?"

Unlike the in-product chats which focus on one tool, the site assistant has read every methodology page on the site and has a compact snapshot of your data across the journal, the invoices tracker, and your calculator history. It routes you to the right tool, explains site-wide concepts, and gives personalised cross-product answers.

Snap a photo, skip the typing. Upload a screenshot or photo of a financial document — a paystub, a bank statement, a brokerage screen, or your phone's subscriptions list — and the assistant reads it, then opens the matching calculator with the numbers already filled in (a subscriptions list fills in every line at once). You need to be signed in to upload. Free includes 2 image uploads per day; Pro is unlimited.

Privacy guarantee for all six surfaces: the AI sees only your own data, never anyone else's. We do not train models on what you ask. CSV export of your data is free regardless of tier — you never get held hostage.

How people use the site

There's no single path. People come for one tool, stay for the platform. A few real journeys:

"I'm a first-time homebuyer"

Land on the mortgage calculator. Enter price, down payment, rate, term. See the monthly payment break down into principal, interest, taxes, insurance. Save the scenario as "Option A — 30-year fixed". Adjust the down payment by $20,000 and save as "Option B". The Scenario Compare panel shows the delta in monthly payment and total interest paid. Ask the AI "explain PMI" and "should I prioritize down payment or rate buy-down?" — the AI explains the trade-offs without prescribing. Download the PDF and bring it to your real-estate agent meeting.

"I'm an active trader getting serious"

Sign up. Trial Pro auto-activates for 30 days. Open /journals. Add your first account (live, with broker name and starting balance). Quick-add your first three trades from earlier this week. Close them with exit prices and see your win rate, P&L, and equity curve fill in on the Dashboard. End of the week, ask the journal chat "review my last week" — the AI spots that you size up after wins and recommends fixed-fractional sizing. Two weeks in, the AI Insights weekly report lands in your dashboard surfacing that your best setups are breakouts on Wednesdays and your worst are mean-reversion attempts after 3pm. You add this insight to your pre-trade checklist and your win rate climbs.

"I freelance and I need to chase my unpaid invoices"

Open /invoice-generator. Type "Send Globex $4,200 for May consulting, Net 30, my standard 20% tax". AI fills the form. Tweak the line items. Hit Email to client — the PDF lands in Globex's inbox the same minute. Also hit Save so the invoice goes into your /invoices tracker. Three weeks later, open the tracker dashboard — INV-2026-005 is overdue by four days. Open the invoices AI chat: "draft a polite follow-up to Globex about INV-2026-005". The AI writes a gentle three-paragraph nudge that references the invoice number and original due date. Send. Two days later, paid. Mark as paid in the tracker; your collections rate ticks up.

"I'm budgeting for life events"

Use the baby cost calculator to project the next 18 years of one child. Use the education savings calculator to figure out how much to put aside per month for college. Use the FIRE / retirement calculator to see whether saving for both at once delays your retirement target. Save all three scenarios as favorites and pin them. Open the floating site assistant — "based on what I just calculated, where should I start?" — the AI looks at your favorites and gives a prioritised three-step plan.

"I'm a small business owner pricing my services"

Open the break-even calculator with your fixed costs, variable cost per unit, and target price. Iterate on price until break-even hits a comfortable monthly volume. Open the CAC/LTV calculator next to figure out how much you can spend acquiring a customer. Move to /quote-template, fill with AI "Quote to new client for 4 months of fractional CMO work at $6,500/month, 50% deposit". Send. When they accept and the work begins, convert the quote to a recurring invoice in the invoice generator.

"I'm tracking debt payoff"

Open the debt snowball calculator — list all your debts, balances, rates, minimums. See the monthly payment plan with a payoff date. Open the debt avalanche calculator — same debts, but pay highest-interest first. Compare both side by side. Save the better plan as a favorite. Each month, open the credit card payoff calculator to confirm you're on track. Three months in, open the credit score simulator to see how the payoff is moving your score.

"I'm crypto investing across exchanges"

Use the average buy price calculator to merge your multiple buys at different prices. Use crypto P&L to see where you stand. Use the BTC mining ROI calculator if you're considering hardware. Later, move your trades into the Trading Journal — record entries, exits, fees, exchange. The journal aggregates across all your tickers and shows a unified P&L curve regardless of how many exchanges you use.

"I want to share my pricing menu on a printed poster and track interest"

Start at the QR Code Generator. Enter the destination URL, customize the layout with your brand's colors and shapes, upload your business logo, and enable a foreground gradient. Save it as a Dynamic QR code, which automatically adds it to your QR Codes Tracker. Download the high-resolution PNG, place it on your printed posters, and track scan analytics (scans trend, country, device, and browser) in real-time. If your menu link changes later, simply edit the destination URL in the tracker without reprinting the posters.

"I want to send a quote, then later turn it into an invoice"

Open /quote-template. Fill it. Save. When the client accepts, open the quote, click "Convert to invoice". The invoice opens pre-filled with the client and line items; you just adjust the date / due date / terms and email it. Both stay in your saved-documents library so you can audit the full thread.

"I write about money and my readers keep asking me to do the math"

You run a blog, a course, or a client's site. Open /embed, pick the mortgage calculator, set it to your readers' language and currency, choose the theme that matches your design, and copy the one-line snippet into the post. Now the article that explains how a mortgage works also computes one, on your page, without sending anyone away mid-sentence. Repeat for the loan post, the retirement post, the freelance-rate post — there's no limit, no fee and nothing to maintain: the widgets update themselves, and the CalculatorAI credit under each one is the only condition.

"I'm not sure where to start"

Click the floating AI button bottom-right. Ask "I'm new — what should I do first?". The assistant looks at your account (empty), points you at three starter calculators based on common first-visits, and offers to walk you through any one of them.

"I just want to know what this costs and what happens to my data"

The FAQ answers that in plain terms — what is free forever, what Pro unlocks, what happens to everything you entered when a trial ends, who can read your records, and how to export the lot and walk away. If an answer there reads evasive, the contact form goes to the people who wrote it.

What we believe

Your data stays yours. CSV export is always free, no matter the tier. We never want anyone to feel held hostage by their own numbers.

Privacy is real, not theatrical. Your trades, your invoices, your calculator history — the AI sees them only to help you, never anyone else. We do not use customer data to train models. Auth is via Supabase with row-level security; every database query is scoped to the signed-in user.

No dark patterns. No auto-charge after the trial. No card on file unless you actively subscribe. Cancel from your account page in one click. We track your trial days remaining in the sidebar so you always know where you stand.

The math is free forever. The core compute, the formula explanations, the screenshots, the basic results — none of that ever gets locked behind a paywall. Pro removes caps on AI, saves, and history; it never gates the math itself.

Built for every language. Every page is translated into 10 languages — English, Russian, Chinese (Simplified), Spanish, German, Italian, French, Japanese, Portuguese, Turkish. Your numbers, your currency, your rules — formatted right for where you live.
